On the night of April 13, 2017 we transported our largest demolition machine Catepillar 5080 using the unique modular CombiMAX system from our base in Nučice to Prague Dejvice. The whole rig was 36 meters long, 5 meters wide, 4.75 meters high and weighing 156 tonnes. Thanks to our professional team and thanks to the assistance of the Czech Police, was everything as planned and without any complications.

Dimensions of the bridge’s structure were 55 meters in length and 15 meters in width. The demolition started on Saturday morning, April 25th, the bridge itself was completely demolished during the Saturday night, and finishing works were done on Sunday, April 26th.

On Sunday March 5, 2017 we carried the Václav bell to St. Vitus Cathedral at the Prague Castle to be blessed by Cardinal Dominik Duka. From there, the bell was transported to Hradčanské Square, where the transfer to the horse carriage took place. We set up bell by our Liebherr LTM 1030 crane to the tower of St. Havel’s Church after the ceremonial procession through Prague. Transportation was made by a MAN 33.440 with a hydraulic arm.

 

We have assisted in a traffic accident near the village Rudná. Truck with fully loaded semi-trailer was extricated by our mobile crane Liebherr LTM 1100.

 

Transport and installation of the Christmas tree for Prague, which was ceremonially cut down in the village of Pecka by using our crane technology.

68 year old spruce with a total height of 34 meters was reduced during Sunday afternoon at the usual 22 meters and anchored to the traditional rig consist of our American truck Kenworth W900B and a special Faymonville semi-trailer.

Unusual cargo could be seen during transport to Prague on this route: Pecka – Jičín – Mladá Boleslav – Horní Počernice, where the rig waited until the next day. Around midnight began the final part of the entire shipment, after which the tree arrived at the Old Town Square at around 2 o’clock in the morning.

 

Loading of the dismantled former government special TU – 154 for the “Great flight”, in which we are actively involved since 2015. References from previous dismantling of the aircraft can be found in our gallery. Except fuselage we loaded also wings, horizontal and vertical stabiliser, centre wing with landing gear and engine nacelles.

Preparation of the construction new building in Barrandov studio. Work included demolition of old wooden hall and  earth works with removal of soil and construction waste.

 

We do demolitions and earth works at any scale. We realise  demanding projects in restricted areas or otherwise problematic enviroment as you can see from the realization digging foundations in a shed by our Liebherr A916 and Komatsu PC228US.
