Crane works The crane works represent another specialized part of our company. Next to the current crane works we use the crane technologies also for the more exacting executions such as a disassembly of useless construction units, unsuitable bridges, a seating of the air-conditioning handlers onto the high-rise buildings or a loading of technological mechanisms into the closed halls and a subsequent assembly of the new components. Technics Machine pool is represented by the modern mobile cranes of LIEBHERR with the reach up to 116 meters and the lifting capacity up to 400 tonnes. The crane technology passes through the regular revision of the technical condition to assure a maximum safety and a proper running of the operations without any problems. Further we can offer the crawler telescopic crane LIEBHERR that disposes of the lifting capacity up to 110 tonnes in the terrain where the wheeled cranes can`t be used. This type of crane can move with the hanging load. The basic reason why we have acquired this type of crane was to satisfy the demands of our clients concerned to the executing of orders in the hardly accessible locations. Binding facilities The important factor at the crane works is the right choice of the binding facilities. Each load requires its particular thimble. We utilize cloth, chain or rope binding facilities. Noticeable is also the number of special gripping instruments. We use very often the protection of the edges. By the accurate usage of protective means and an adequate gripping we prevent the potential dammage of the load caused by the stress during the proper lifting. Skilled operating staff, computer simulation Using the latest technologies we are able to satisfy the most exacting requirements of the customer in the very short time and according to his conceptions. Thanks to the producer-trained professional staff, its assignement and also its multiyear experiences and through the use of a special computer simulation of the crane works we are able to eliminate the potential risks in advance and thus to assure the successful accomplishment of order. All of the crane works, oversize transport, carriage and other activities of the company are executed just with our own technical equipment and that is why we are independent of the other subsuppliers. |
