Demolition
One of the company`s speciality is the executing of exhaustive demolitions – so-called “turn key”. It means mainly the disposal of the concrete, steel concrete and brick buildings of any size, including all of ground works. Demolitions are executed by using the latest technologies – wrecking hydraulic cutters and hammers ATLAS COPCO (KRUPP) and the unfailing Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr machines. This, together with the assignment of our own employees, enables us to guarantee the realization of works in the earliest possible time together with the maximum possible safety when demolishing the buildings.

Equipment
Jaws of the cutter are able to crush the steel concrete with the force up to 180 tonnes, cut the steel profiles up to 240 mm, demolish the brick constructions as well as the pure concrete. According to the used material it is for example possible to set the roof frames, the whole window frames, banisters and many others apart from the rest of the building. And then to take this all directly on board of the transporter or to sort it further onto various stock-piles. This method of demolition is not only the safe one but also cost-effective. From our experiences and according to the type of demolished construction it concerns the saving of 50 - 70 % of costs, in comparison with other methodes of demolition.

Safety and ecology The wrecking hydraulic cutters are the optimal solution for the demolition, for its possibility of working in various positions and also thanks to the distinctive reduction of vibrations during crushing of concrete. By the sprinkling in the demolition area we minimalize the dust dispersion from the rubble, compared to the classical blasts, and this allows us to execute the demolition works also in the densely populated parts of the city or town. This technology assures the maximum safety during the demolishing of buildings and other constructions and mainly so much important regard to the ecology, during the whole process of demolition. Recycling The demolished material is sorted and worked up in our recycling center in the city borough Prague 5, or the recycling is run directly on the place of demolition. By this way it is possible to save the considerable financial means from the carriage and from the storage charges, because the recycled material can be used as the backfilling material directly at the working site. Surface finishing The place of demolition passes through the accurate reclamation to be prepaired for next building operations which include for example preliminary ground shaping, another excavations and other soil shifting. Modern and high-performance machines of our wagon stock together with our skilled operating staff constitute the basis for the well-done orders.
