Integrated politics of quality and environment

The Company Pavel Švestka Ltd. acts on the market from 1990. The focal point of its activities is: demolishing, soil shifting, crane works, heavy and oversize transport, carriage and recycling of rubble. The strategy of the company development respects four essential priorities:
1. the client – his requirements and satisfaction
2. economic prosperity of the company
3. content and professional employees
4. the protection of environment

The management of the company manifests the integrated politics of quality and environment, that comes from the general strategy of the company development and respects the demands of the company`s clients, business partners and other cooperating persons as well as the requirements arising from the standards of ČSN ISO 9001:2001 and ČSN ISO 14001:2005 and also from other legal and contractual standards that govern the activity and functioning of the company.

The management of the company undertakes to keep the following policies:
1. in the system of quality management:

implementation of the functional system of quality management, its maintenance and continuous improving
identification of client`s needs and demands and their satisfaction
assuring of the long-time economic prosperity of the company and aplication of the principle: to replace the high degree of profit at low turnover by the lower profit at a higher turnover
increasing of the awarness of employees in the domain of quality and creation of conditions for their active approach to keep and improve the quality of processes
creation of appropriate conditions to intesify and increase the qualification of the company employees
integration of suppliers and subsuppliers to the system of quality

2. in the system of environmental management:

adherence of the standards arising from the valid law rules governing the protection of environment, the safety and health protection at work, and the fire prevention
engagement in the pollution control programme – efforts to minimalize the negative impacts of the company activities on the environment and by this way continuously ameliorate its environmental profile
crash prevention, prevention of air pollution, water pollution and soil pollution and prevention of excessive production of waste that finally could adversely affect the environment
to intesify and accent the importance of protection of environment in the awarness of the company employees
cooperation with the business partners who apply in their actions an active approach to the protection of environment

Product Certification – Recycling

In 2007 the Company Pavel Śvestka Ltd became one of the few companies that thanks to adoption of the company standard PN Pavel Švestka 01/2007 Mixed recycled materials, gained the certificate nr. 010-021387 for the product: Mixed recycled materials. Pursuant to this certificate the Company can place these recycled materials on the market as a product.

Product specification: Mixed recycled materials 0/8, 8/16, 16/32, 32/63 are produced by milling the concrete, bricks, roof tiles and ceramic products, glass, tar-free asphalt mass, soil and stones without dangerous substances, waste without dangerous substances, road-metal without dangerous substances, plaster-based building materials, building and demolition mixed waste, in the semimobile hammer mill RESTA S ODN 800x1000 and sorting machine RESTA A EDT 1200x3000, where the material is milled and sorted into the fractions 0/8, 8/16, 16/32, 32/63. All the extraneous substances are taken out from the rubble already before processing and also continuously during the process. The recycled materials don`t consists any unwanted organic and mineral substances with the negative impact on the environment, nor the substances that change their volume, solidity and shape due to the climatic factors (steel scrap, wood, plaster and others).

The mixed recycled materials are used as the constructional products for the building of land bodies of approach roads and for infilling and backfilling.
